System Security of Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS)

System security is very important in the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS) that will be used in both public and private healthcare sectors in Hong Kong. It is done mainly through three measures:

1. Role-based access
2. Audit control and access notification
3. Restricted download of patient data
